2. Join on time
Use the video link from a quiet spot with a working camera (or chat-only if your clinician says that fits).

3. Need to reschedule?
Free up to 24 hours before your visit. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.

For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, or stroke signs: call 911 or go to the ER. Telehealth is not for emergencies.
